This is an easy dish for a weekday dinner with lots of color. :) I like to use a steamer for the rice and add seafood or “white” sauce to make it yummy!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 bell peppers, sliced (green, red, yellow or orange)
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 1 zucchini or squash, diced
- 1 crown broccoli
- beef tips (chicken or shrimp)
- teriyaki sauce, to taste
- 1 tsp olive oil
- brown rice
PREPARATION
Cook the beef tips in a pan until no longer pink. Heat oil in a wok; add vegetables and sauté until tender. Add teriyaki sauce and meat. Serve mixture over rice.
