I first tried these at a pampered chef party and had to try them at home. They turned out great, the only problem is that I can only make 12 at a time! :)
- 24 small wonton wrappers
- 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup ripe pitted olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 350. Press wonton wrappers into a mini muffin pan. Drain artichoke hearts and pat dry with a paper towel. Chop artichokes and red pepper.
Combine chopped veggies, olives, cheese, garlic and mayonnaise.
Fill wontons with mixture and bake 12-14 minutes. Let cool in pan about 2 minutes then carefully remove and serve warm.
