Tortellini Kabobs with Pesto Ranch Dip

Super simple and this was great paired with some other easy appetizers Thai Chicken Skewers, Black-eyed Pea Dip, Cheesy Artichoke Cups at one of our recent game nites.


  • 1/2 (16 oz) bag frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1 1/4 cup prepared ranch salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsps dried basil leaves


Cook tortellini according to package directions.  Rinse and drain under cold water.  Thread tortellini onto bamboo skewers.  Combine salad dressing, cheese, garlic & basil in a small bowl.  Serve tortellini kabobs with dip.
