Quick and easy sweet treat, a great combination of cookie & cake, cream & chocolate.
- 2 packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 12 oreo cookies
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until well blended. Place one cookie on the bottom of each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups. Pour batter evenly into muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until centers are almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with fresh fruit or cookie crumbs.
